REM fixed my BMX X1 which was slammed on the back door and drivers door. I usuallu just go there for stickers never had an accident. They were fantastic from the front lady who kept me informed all the way through and owner Cessy. Just nice people and pros at their craft. Highly reccommend!

Absolutely top notch service from beginning to end. They picked the car up from the house following an accident, provided a prompt estimate, and dealt directly with the insurance company. Everyone I spoke to with was so courteous and professional and the results were flawless. Could not recommend them more.

I am highly impressed with the service, professionalism, and rapid turnaround. I brought my car in with a large, deep scratch on the rear right door. I got my car back clean and smelling like new, but it was also polished and free of scratches. The owner, Cessy, communicated with my insurance, so there was very little I needed to do. The receptionist and mechanics were friendly and attentive, addressing all my concerns. I would absolutely recommend this efficient shop—10/10! I had my car back in less than a week!
